How to Experience Life At the Top

Different tickets are available from different vendors e.g. itickets.ae to visit Burj Khalifa including:

●     At the Top, Burj Khalifa Tickets: The ticket covers observation levels 124 and 125.

●     At the Top SKY: The ticket takes you to the highest observation deck on level 148

The price of the ticket is dependent on the time and the observation deck you wish to visit. As you probably expect, it costs more to go to At the Top, SKY observation deck and it costs more to visit during peak hours.

Getting to Burj Khalifa

●        Burj Khalifa is right outside Dubai Mall. Make your way to the mall and you’ll locate signs reading “At the Top” and this will lead you to the entrance

●        If you didn’t manage to purchase your ticket online, you can get it at Dubai mall

●        Go through a security line and for your information back packs, large bags or tripods are not allowed up there. However, you can get away with a purse, personal or camera bag

●        You’ll receive your ticket or skip the line if you’ve booked in advance and get escorted to At the Top, SKY lounge where you’re served with dates and Arabic coffee which is by the way pretty strong

●        When the room is full you’re called into the elevators. As you head there you follow along an animated hallway that takes you through a journey to the construction of the tower.

●        You enter the elevator and quickly ascend in a lively style to 124th floor (Level 124)

●        While at Level 124, you choose whether to get out and explore or head straight to At the Top, SKY on 148th floor

●        On Level, 148, you’re welcomed into a beautiful lounge and served with different juices (non-alcoholic, of course) and a range of snacks  

●        Finally, you’re ready to take in the views of the city. Please don’t miss visiting the outdoor space

●        When taking a break from the views, checkout the interactive exhibits including the wide screen theatre

●        After fully exploring At the Top, SKY you can head back to Level 125 and enjoy more interactive equipment including giga panoramic advanced telescopes that work during day and night

Helpful Tips

●        To skip the line, consider booking your ticket online in advance

●        When booking your ticket, select your most suitable time slot and it’s recommended you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled visit

●        At times the city can get very hazy and may limit visibility so, avoid booking so far in advance

●        To catch sunset at At the Top, book your time slot 90 minutes prior to the scheduled sunset time

●        While At the Top, it’s not all about looking down. Look back up towards the top of the structure and especially at night and you can see beautiful lights twinkling on its exterior

●        An elegant spiraling staircase connects known as the ‘spiral flight’ connects 124th and 125th floor. A dramatic chandelier overhangs and lights up the white-oak stairs and a glass walls offering more open views as you head up or down the stairs.

●        There’re gift shops near the exit elevators and another one on the ground level near the exit.
